Braised beef with apples and roots + baby beef puree

Spring, such a beautiful season, full of life! crazy weather indeed. Today we have a lovely sun and a freezing wind that comes from the ocean…that’s why I was in a “stew” mood. I wanted to cook something warm, but at the same time with a different flavor: braised beef with apples and roots.

The preparation is very easy, it takes just a bit of time to cook (3 hours), but the final result is so yummy that it is really worth it.

What I really like about this recipe is the flavor of the beef with the sweetness of the apples and the texture of the roots (celery and turnip).
The ingredients are perfect for our babies too (mommy and daddy can add some salt at the end), so I took few spoons and I created a baby puree for our little ones!
