This recipe is another option for my Italian Mix Babyfood: fresh wild cod with spinach soup. I introduced white fish to Luca when he was around 9 months, same thing with spinach. Now that he’s 14 months I still prepare this recipe for him as he likes it soo much and I like the good Omega3 fatty acids contained in it! I just not puree it anymore as now he’s (quite) able to chew. Enjoy it and let me know if your baby likes it too!
