Let’s start with some warm ideas: sprouted fried brown rice with peas and eggs. + homemade oat bars (I posted the recipe few days ago) + cucumbers + plums tip: I use a lot silicone cups to contain food in my for many reasons. 1. They contain food = the food doesn’t get mixed up = the kids don’t complain 2. It gives color. Sometimes the food is on the brownish side, so the container helps me brightening the lunchbox, making it more appealing and fun for the kids. 3. Reduces the food quantity. I know my kids and they don’t eat big quantities at lunch. The silicone containers help me filling the lunchbox (it looks more appealing) without giving them too much food that will not be eaten. Do you like silicone containers too?
