It’s Friday!! And I wanted something special so I had some fun with a knife and an apple 😆😆 Also, we all know that kale is not the easiest veggie to offer to a kid, but if it’s sautéed inside a yummy egg and feta frittata, it goes down without complains 👍🏼😉. Btw, I chopped the kale last night and prepared the frittata this morning before going to school. Time spent this morning = 6min (without cleaning the pan 😆🙃) We also have tomatoes and coconut sticks @costco
