Let’s start today with a very seasonal recipe that might be a different idea for kids on Thanksgiving day. If you are not celebrating Thanksgiving, this is a very yummy recipe that uses fresh seasonal vegetables like squash (you can also use any other kind of pumpkin) and spinach. Luca loved it as it has a kind of sweet taste and the sauce is very creamy.
This recipe is perfect for our little ones too, I would say from 8/9 months (just avoid the seeds/nuts), you can either puree the final result or just use a baby size pasta, pending how many teeth your little one has 🙂
