Italian Ricotta Crumble Cake aka Torta Sbrisolona. It’s the Italian cousin of a chocolate cheesecake 😜 This is such a fun and easy cake to prepare, definitely to be added to the “bake with me” recipe list. The final result is simply delicious.

Crispy Oustide, tender inside. Easy baked fish sticks ready in no time. I prepared this recipe the other night when I only had 20 min to serve dinner and I promised myself to make it more often. Sometimes I totally forget about my old recipes 😜
My hubby even asked if they were fried for how crispy the crust was. 😍
The secret is toasting the breadcrumbs before coating the fish and using a grid to bake the sticks so that the air circulates all around the coating keeping it crisp. Extra points if you use an air fryer, it enhances the crispness even more.

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. white fish fillets, cut in sticks. I used rockfish.
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
Cooking spray (either olive or coconut oil)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tsp dried onion
1 tsp sea salt
2 eggs
2 Tbsp milk

Bake the fish sticks in preheated oven to 400F or air fryer for 15 min.
