Chocolate Chips Peanut Butter Oats Cookies. Done a

Chocolate Chips Peanut Butter Oats Cookies. Done and gone in one day 😆😆
Kids were asking for an afternoon snack treat and the oven was already on for another recipe.
I mixed together a few ingredients and the cookies were baked in 11 minutes!
I only had time to take a few pics and little hands started grabbing the cookies from the bowl...followed by adult hands 🤣
Long story short. I need to bake a double batch today too. 😁
Easiest recipe ever: mix, scoop and bake.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup flour of your choice (I used all-purpose, GF works well too!)
1.5 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 medium egg
splash of vanilla
4 Tbsp peanut butter, chunky (you can use any kind you like or almond butter or sunflower butter)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk of your choice
1/2 cup chocolate chips

PROCEDURE:
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients. You will obtain a not so sticky dough. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper place 1 Tbsp of mix in small balls, one next to another. Leave some space in between, 1 inch. Bake to 400F for 11-12 min. DONE!!

Tip. If you like crispy and thin cookies simply flatten the dough ball before baking with the bottom of a glass or with your palm. You might need to bake in two batches as the cookies will take more space.
