Tiramisu' Balls - No bake

These no-bake tiramisù bites are creamy, coffee-infused, and coated in a delicate layer of cocoa powder.

Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
  • 120 gr. Mascarpone cheese
  • 120 g mascarpone cheese for that rich creamy Italian tiramisù flavor.
  • 100 g biscuits of your choice Digestive-style biscuits work beautifully or use traditional Italian Savoiardi (ladyfingers).
  • 30 ml decaf coffee cooled espresso or your favorite brewed coffee. If not for kids, you can use regular coffee
  • 1 tablespoon sugar to add a touch of sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder for coating the bites and giving them that classic tiramisù finish.
Instructions
  1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the ingredients. Combine the biscuit crumbs with the mascarpone, cooled coffee, and sugar. Stir until you have a soft, moldable mixture. If it feels too moist, add a little more crushed biscuit.
  3. Shape the bites. Roll the mixture between your palms to form small, bite-sized balls.
  4. Coat with cocoa. Roll each ball in unsweetened cocoa powder until evenly covered.
  5. Chill and enjoy! Place the bites in an airtight container and refrigerate until firm. They taste even better once the flavors have had time to come together!
