Core and chop the apples in small pieces

Peel the kiwi and cut it in small pieces

Peel the pineapple and cut two slices (the central ones are sweeter!) in small pieces.

Steam the apples for 10 minutes

In a tall container place the apples all together with the grated ginger, the lemon juice, the apple cider vinegar, the kiwi, the pineapple.

Using an immersion blender puree the mix for 2 minutes in order to obtain a smooth cream.

Serve the fruit puree warm or cold.

You can store it in the freezer for up to three months.
