Carrot Apple Porridge +6Months
Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Fuji apple, grated
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries for topping
Instructions
  1. Grate the carrot and the apple (leave the core)

  2. In a saucepan heat the milk of your choice

  3. Add the other ingredients: apple + carrot + oats + vanilla + nutmeg. Stir

  4. Cook at low heat for 10 min. Stir occasionally, more frequently toward the end.

  5. Top with fresh berries. Enjoy warm!
