Winter Fruit Baby Puree
  • 4 persimmons
  • 2 Korean pears
  • 2 Fuji apples
  • zest 1 lemon
  1. wash, core and chop the fruit in pieces. Leave the skin!
  2. Steam the fruit for 8 min
  3. Place the fruit in a large deep bowl
  4. Add 1/2 cup of the remaining steaming water from the steamer
  5. Add the zest of a lemon
  6. With an immersion blender create a smooth and thick puree.
  7. Let your little one enjoy the baby puree either warm or room temperature
  8. Store the leftovers in the refrigerator for 3 days or in the freezer for 3 months
