Yogurt Hummus spread (+9 months)
Ingredients
  • 16 oz. chickpeas/garbanzo beans 400gr.
  • 1/2 Cup plain Greek Yogurt 150gr.
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix for 2/3 minutes in order to obtain a smooth consistency.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
