Yogurt Hummus spread (+9 months)
Ingredients

chickpeas/garbanzo beans

plain Greek Yogurt
150gr.

garlic

Tbsp
water

salt

tsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix for 2/3 minutes in order to obtain a smooth consistency.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
