Finely mince the basil leaves and the sun dried tomatoes

In a small bowl mix the cottage cheese with the basil and the sun dried tomatoes

Steam the green beans for 5 minutes only, they should not be overcooked otherwise they will be too soft to hold the tomatoes.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and make an X incision half way; do not go too low otherwise the tomatoes will open too much and the filling will get out.

Remove the tomato seeds and insert a skewer at the bottom of the tomatoes in order to create a small hole

Gently insert one green bean in each tomato creating your tulips

Fill the tomatoes with one or two teaspoon of cottage cheese mix
