Creamy rice with Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Arborio or Carnaroli rice
  • 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Cups vegetable broth carrot and potato
  • 1 tsp Extra Virgin Oil of Olive
  1. bring the vegetable broth to a boil
  2. add the rice and riduce to low heat
  3. cook for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. More often toward the end.
  4. add the grated Parmesan cheese and the olive oil
  5. serve warm
