Avocado Spinach Sweet Potato Baby Puree' +6M
  • 1 cup sweet potato in cubes, steamed
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 medium Hass avocado
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 4 tbsp warm water
  1. Peel the sweet potato, chop it in 2 inch cubes and steam for 15 minutes

  2. Turn the heat off. Open the steamer lid, add the spinach leaves, close and let it rest for 5 more minutes.

  3. Transfer the sweet potatoes and the spinach in a tall container. Add the avocado, hemp seeds and warm water. With an immersion blender transform everythign into a smooth cream. Serve warm or at room temperature.
