Peach Cardamom Oatmeal +6M
  • 3/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 small yellow peach, diced
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom, grounded
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut flakes - optional
  1. In a saucepan bring the milk to boil.

  2. Add oats, mix, reduce to simmer, cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Turn the heat off, add the vanilla, cardamom, tahini, hemp seeds and peach. Mix.

  4. Serve the oatmeal like that or puree' everythign for a smooth texure. Option b, top with coconut flakes and more fruit for more texure.
