In a saucepan bring the milk to boil.
Add oats, mix, reduce to simmer, cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn the heat off, add the vanilla, cardamom, tahini, hemp seeds and peach. Mix.
Serve the oatmeal like that or puree' everythign for a smooth texure. Option b, top with coconut flakes and more fruit for more texure.
