Rice Banana Avocado Baby Energy Bites +6M
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 medium banana, ripe
  • 1/4 medium avocado
  • 2 dates
Instructions
  1. Soak the dates in water overnight.

  2. Remove the peel and pit and place in a medium bowl.

  3. Add the banana and mash with a fork creating a puree.

  4. Add the rice and avocado. Mix.

  5. Using a teaspoon of the mix, create small balls with your hands.

  6. Coat the balls in almond meal. Serve and enjoy!
