In a pan heat 1 Tbsp olive oil with the garlic for 30sec
Add the chicken and season with salt (just a pinch, nothing more!!)
Cook until golden brown for 3/4 min.
Add the green beans and the bell peppers and the coconut cream with the spices. Mix, bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 min.
Serve warm with a side of brown rice for a complete meal.
