Banana Chia Seeds Pudding +12M
Ingredients
  • 2 banana very ripen
  • 4 dates
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or milk or your choice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla beans
Instructions
  1. In a food processor add the banana + dates + milk + vanilla paste

  2. Blend up until smooth

  3. Add the chia seeds and mix with a spoon

  4. Divide the mix in 2 or 4 glasses/cups (2 adult portions/4 kids portions)

  5. Let it rest for 6/8 hours overnight

  6. Serve and enjoy!
