With a paper towel gently press the tofu to get any extra water out.
Cut the tofu in cubes.
Remove the seed from the apricot.
Peel the mango, cut in pieces.
Core the pear, cut in pieces.
In a blender add: tofu + apricots + mango + pear. Blend up until smooth. If needed, add some thinning liquid of your choice, few tablespoons at the time.
