Green Beans and Basil puree
Ingredients
  • 2 cup fresh green beans
  • 4 leaves basil
  • 3/4 cup water quantity may vary pending the consistency you want to get
Instructions
  1. Wash, trim and cut the green beans in small pieces

  2. Place them on a baking sheet lined with some parchment paper and bake in the oven at 400F/180C for 20min

  3. In a tall container or food processor add the green beans + water + basil leaves

  4. Blend up until smooth and creamy
