Peel the carrots if not organic
Chop the carrots in small pieces
Steam for 10 minutes
Transfer in a food processor or tall container if you are using an immersion blender
Add 1/2 Cup residual steaming water from the steamer
Add a tiny pinch of Turmeric
Puree up until smooth
Serve or store in the refrigerator for 3/4 days or in the freezer for 3 months
