Carrot Puree with Turmeric +4M
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  1. Peel the carrots if not organic

  2. Chop the carrots in small pieces

  3. Steam for 10 minutes

  4. Transfer in a food processor or tall container if you are using an immersion blender

  5. Add 1/2 Cup residual steaming water from the steamer

  6. Add a tiny pinch of Turmeric

  7. Puree up until smooth

  8. Serve or store in the refrigerator for 3/4 days or in the freezer for 3 months
