  10. preheat the oven at 180C/400F
  11. roll the bigger dough with a rolling pin.
  12. Cover the bottom and the sides of a rectangular shape baking pan. The rectangular shape is VERY important as it is the shape of our Frankenstein face!!
  13. Fill it with the green cheesy mix
  14. Roll the smaller dough trying to give it a rectangular shape as big as the pie.
  15. Place the dough face on top of the filling
  16. Using a knife and your hands close well the sides of the pie forming a frame for Frankenstein's face.
  17. Cut out Frankenstein’s mouth and eyes: one long rectangle and two small rectangles.
  18. Decorate with the carrot
  19. Cut some scars on the face (as many as you like!!)
  20. Using some dough leftovers cut out a long rectangle and place it in the center of the pie as Frankenstein's nose
  21. Make some holes on the sides of the cuts with a toothpick.
  22. Using some long rosemary leaves stitch the cuts
  23. Cut the leftover dough in small triangles and attach them to the top of the pie creating Frankenstein's hair.
  24. Add two carrots at the side bottom of Frankenstein's face to create the screws
  25. Bake in preheated oven at 180C/400F for 30/35 min
  26. Enjoy!!!
