Wash the baby spinach and cut the skinless salmon in big pieces.

In a steamer add the frozen sweet peas, the baby spinach and the salmon. Close with a lid and steam for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the avocado in cubes and place it in a tall container.

Add the steamed salmon and vegetables to the container.

Add 1/2 to 1 Cup of residual steaming water to the mix and puree' it with an immersion blender.

Serve it warm or freeze it in baby portions for up 3 months.

You can add few sunflower seeds on top of the puree for toddlers or puree' them altogether with the other ingredients if you are preparing the recipe for a baby.
