In a bowl mash the banana with a fork.
Add the egg, hemp seeds and spices and mix.
Slice the bread slices in 1 inch cubes or 1 inch lenght sticks.
Add the bread into the banana/egg mix and coat it all over.
Grease a skillet with a teaspoon of coconut oil, add the bread pieces one next to the other leaving some space in between. Cook at medium/low heat for 2 minutes per side. Flip once.
Serve the french toast warm with a drizzle of maple syrup (or honey for babies over 12 months) and fresh fruit.
