Salmon Broccoli Lemon Baby Puree +9M
Ingredients
  • 0.3 lb salmon fillet (a small slice)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 cup residual water from the steamer or broth
Instructions
  1. Steam the broccoli florets for 8 min.

  2. In a pan cook the salmon, 3/4 min per side.

  3. In a tall container add the broccoli, salmon, lemon zest, yogurt, dill and residual water from the steamer.

  4. Blend with an immersion blender to create a smooth puree. Serve warm
