Oat Granola Bars +12M
Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup rice cereals, unsweetened
  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 3 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients: old fashioned oats + rice cereal + oat flour + sugar + baking soda + salt + maple syrup + coconut oil + vanilla + hemp seeds

  2. Combine well.

  3. Line a baking sheet with some parchment paper. Transfer the oat mix.

  4. Level the oat mix with a spoon, press to compact as much as possible. The more compact the less friable the bars will be.

  5. Bake in preheated oven to 350F for 30/35 min or until golden brown. Remove from the oven.

  6. Place another parchment paper foil on top and press again with a flat surface (I used the bottom of a glass container). 

  7. Let it cool down 15 min and cut in bars.
