Finely grate the carrot, the onion and the garlic
In a big bowl add all the ingredients: chicken, carrot mix, coconut cream and a pinch of salt for older kids. Combine well.
Grease your hands with some coconut oil and create small burger patties using 1 tablespoon of the mix
Place the burgers one next to the other on a baking sheet
Bake for 25 min to 400F/180C
