Ingredients
  • 1 small beet, cooked
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 dried apricots, soaked in water to soften
  • 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
