That&#8217;s how I decided to prepare a dairy free, animal gelatin free version of the vanilla pudding. With few changes to the usual recipe this pudding came out light, delicate and delicious. Stir with a whisk and slowly add the rice milk and the almond milk. Keep whisking in order to avoid any grain.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2358\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding6-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"white pudding6\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding8.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding8-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"white pudding8\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2359\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding7-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"white pudding7\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; turn on the heat at medium and keep whisking up until the mix will start boiling<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding9.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2361\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding9-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"white pudding9\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; turn off the heat and keep stirring for 1\/2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; pour the mix in a silicon mold of your preferred shape and size. I used for my baby a heart shape ice cubes silicon mold and for my toddler\u00a0a cupcakes heart shape silicon mold.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding10.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2362\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding10-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"white pudding10\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding11.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2363\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buonapappa.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/white-pudding11-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"white pudding11\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; place the mold in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours in order to obtain a firm pudding. Using silicon molds will make the removal of the pudding very easy.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; for the sauce: place the raspberries in a blender with the lemon juice and mix for 1 minute in order to obtain a nice cream. If you are giving the sauce to a baby or to a picky toddler you can pour the raspberry mix in a strainer in order to remove all the seeds. I do not add any sugar as I try to select very sweet raspberries. You can store the pudding in the refrigerator in the mold for up to 4\/5 days.
