TriTip roast + roasted romanesco cauliflower and yellow beets (leftovers from last night, you might see the recipe still in my stories) + beets salad + multigrain crackers @costco + apple. To serve steak or roast to the kids I cut it in tiny tiny tiny pieces so it’s easier to chew. The beets salad is simply dressed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Happy Wednesday
