Let’s start the week with some brain booster Omega3 fatty acids!! This lox salmon is one of the best I ever had: from the fishmonger at the farmer’s market, they make it from wild salmon with a minimum amount of salt so that the salmon flavor really pops out 😍😍 Cashews cream cheese and lox salmon pretzel crostini (everything from the FM 👩🏼‍🌾👨🏽‍🌾) + homemade ricotta apple cake (last slice from this weekend, recipe in my previous post 👉🏻) + cucumbers + tomatoes + blueberries + tangerine.
