Hi Ashley, yes, it might have been either the quinoa or the broccoli too wet. Should it happen again add some breadcrumbs (they will act as a glue) or refrigerate the mix to make it more compact. Uhh, sorry to hear that. My first guess is that the broccoli were too watery. Few suggestions should it happen again. You can add a few tablespoons breadcrumbs, it will act as a glue. You can refrigerate the mix before forming the balls for 20/30min (or in the freezer for 10 min). The cold will solidify the fat in the meat and you will compact the mix. I hope it helps! Ciao, B
