Broccoli and Ricotta Cupcakes

I love cupcakes. When I moved to LA I tried them for the 1st time in my life (in Italy they are not so common) and I fell in love.

I not only like the taste of cupcakes but also the shape…and I think that – by definition – everything with a cupcake shape has to be yummy!

I realized a whole menu with a cupcake shape…from appetizer to dessert.

The Main Course:
Cupcakes with broccoli and ricotta (yes…the homemade ricotta I showed you few episodes ago!). We really loved them! Let me know what you think.

p.s. Since I’m using eggs, I would recommend this recipe for baby older than 1 year.

      Hi Gina! Bake them at 400F or 180C for 15/18 min. Ciao!! b
